PointChips Co. Ltd., established
in August 1999, are a fab-less
professional design house
and a solution provider
of System on Chips (SoC)
business and innovative
pointing devices, based
on Republic of Korea. PointChips
produce a wide variety of
ASSP(Application Specific
Standard Product) that use
advanced technologies to
design chips including USB
Interfacing SoC, Digital
Audio / Video SoC and MCU-based
Consumer Devices.
USB Interfacing SoC, using
our own Micro controller
Unit (MCU), Universal Serial
Bus (USB) and standard cell
technologies, is applied
to PC peripheral like Flash
USB Drive, USB Key.
Combined with MCU based
technologies, USB technologies,
image processing algorithm
and audio algorithm, Audio
/ Video SoC is used to system
application for Digital
camera and CD-MP3 player.
In Consumer SoC, cooperated
with MSIUSA's sensor technologies
and using our own human
input device algorithm,
we are able to provide our
solutions to Innovative
pointing devices for next
generation.
PointChips' human resources
have experienced in chip
design and sales & marketing
field of Samsung over 10
years and we are making
mutual design collaborations
with other specialized design
partners in domestic and
overseas.
